Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By creating a T2Shop account or accessing the T2Shop API you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use T2Shop.
Description of Service
T2Shop provides a multi-tenant commerce infrastructure platform including a REST API, an embeddable cart and checkout widget, Stripe Connect payment processing, and a management dashboard (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided "as is" — features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
Account & Access
Registration. You must provide accurate information during sign-up. One account may manage multiple stores.
API keys. You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential. Revoke and rotate any key you believe has been compromised immediately.
Trusted origins. You must only list domains you own or control as trusted origins. Fraudulent origin configuration may result in immediate account termination.
Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Fees & Payments
Platform fee. T2Shop deducts a per-order platform fee via Stripe's application_fee_amount mechanism. The current fee schedule is published on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Subscription. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Stripe processing fees. Stripe's standard processing fees (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are separate from T2Shop's platform fee and are governed by Stripe's pricing.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on payments received through your connected Stripe account.
Stripe Connect
Payment processing is powered by Stripe. By using T2Shop's payment features you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Stripe's Services Agreement. You must complete Stripe Express onboarding to enable payouts. T2Shop has no liability for delays or failures in Stripe's systems.
Acceptable Use
You may not use T2Shop to sell prohibited goods (e.g. weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods), to process payments for illegal activities, to deliberately overload the API beyond documented rate limits, to reverse engineer or resell the Service without written permission, or to store personal data in ways that violate applicable privacy law. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
API Usage
Rate limits. Documented rate limits apply per API key. Excessive requests beyond limits will receive HTTP 429 responses. Sustained abuse may result in suspension.
Versioning. Breaking API changes are communicated with at least 60 days' notice. Non-breaking additions (new fields, new endpoints) may be deployed without notice.
Widget CDN. The T2Shop widget is served via jsDelivr. You may pin to a specific version for stability or use @latest for automatic updates.
Intellectual Property
T2Shop and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all code, design, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of all data (products, orders, customer records) you create inside T2Shop. By using the Service you grant T2Shop a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Availability & SLA
T2Shop targets 99.5% monthly API availability excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. No financial credits are currently offered for downtime, but this may change as the platform scales.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. T2Shop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, access to the Service ceases. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T2Shop's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. T2Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including lost profits or data loss.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. T2Shop does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which T2Shop is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
